  6.   For instance, if the path 'C:\EQUATOR\DATA' currently exists on
  7.   your disk but the path 'C:\EQUATOR\DATA\MECHANICS' does not,
  8.   then CONFIG will attempt to create this and prompt you if this
  9.   is the desired action.  However, if the path entered is
  10.   'C:\EQUATOR\DATA\MECHANICS\ELECTRO' then CONFIG will not create
  11.   this as it is more than 1 level below a currently existing
  12.   path.  In this case CONFIG will display a message indicating
  13.   that the path does not exist and cannot be created.
